It is never to late…

A statement of gratitude. Thank you Jeff Green for driving me to my first Yoga practice. Without your persistence, I wouldn’t be where I am at this point in my life. It is all your fault.
I also have so many other beautiful souls to thank along the way. My fellow YTT participants. There are many of you who suffered through my practicum classes and me trying not to masticate the Sanskrit language.
My lesson from this is; if someone asks you to try something new that will take you outside of your comfort zone, don’t curl up your nose and roll your eyes, drop your guard and jump in. Who knows where that experience will take you!!
I know not all yoga studio owners dream of teaching 11 classes a week plus workshops. But I am sharing the practice I love, in a beautiful and welcoming space with an amazing group of fellow seekers who love sharing their practice as much as I do. It has been 7 months since Sutra opened; I have no desire to slow down this ride I’m on.
It has been 5 years since we went to our first practice and this gratitude is long overdue, I cannot say “thank you” enough. If it wasn’t for that text from you, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Life is too short for “maybe” or “I’ll think about it”. Don’t hesitate, just go for it!!
